The most simple outfit ever. But hey, simple doesn't mean boring, right? I just think this look is perfection. Just that kind of look that you can use when you don't know what to wear. And i just have to say it, the jacket, i die. 

How to match: Knee high boots

Everyone is talking about the knee-high boots. Everyone want them and everyone will be wearing them this fall. But there's a big question- how to match them? Personally i think it's pretty difficult to match these kind of shoes. But i mostly like to match them with shorts or a skirt, a coat and a simple tee. Or maybe a very oversized turtle-neck sweater or a oversized knit, that you wear as a dress. In other words, i like to match them with bare legs. But since the boots is so high, you don't show that much of your legs anyway. If its really cold outside, match the shoes with skinny jeans and a knit. If you go for a coat, or a cardigan, use one that is shorter than the boots, for the best results. And if you still don't know how to match the high boots, looking through the fashion shows for A/W-13 or search on Tumblr and Weheartit.

QUESTION: Hello there! I'm a girl who don't have enough money to go buy everything i want, so i've made a promise to myself to just buy five things for this fall. But to not make it impossible for you to choose five things, i can tell you that i have a quite feminine style. I'm not the girl who's wearing blazers, loafers and hats. I like it more elegant yet simple. So what do you think i should go for?

ANSWER: Ohh, this is a hard question. But if you're that feminine girl as it sounds like, you really need a pencil-skirt! It's one of the trendiest skirts for fall and if you think it's to pretty, rock it a little bit with a pencil-skirt in leather! Then, the knee-high boots definitely is something for you. So sexy, feminine yet cool. Go for a pair with heel if you want it to be even more feminine. The small bag that you hang over your shoulder is a big it-bag this season. With colors like navy, burgundy and purple the bag is getting more "fall-ish". I think the one above is totally perfect! I even want it myself. And also, it's easy to match with other clothes. Coats is the statement-piece for fall 2013. Mostly the long one with straight lines, the quite masculine model. But i think you can go for it too, just try one with more girly details, or a girly color, like this pink one. It's getting much more girly directly. Last but not least- the cashmere-sweater. It's such a timeless investment that will work now, and that will work in the future. You have to pay a little bit more for it, but let's say like this- it's so worth it. Uniqlo is having quite cheap cashmere-sweaters, though. Hope you found something that you like!

Isabel Marant pour H&M- first preview

The first pictures from H&Ms collaboration with Isabel Marant is out! I really like what i see. It's very Isabel Marant-style, boho yet tough. We can expect us leatherpants and bohemian inspired pants, perfect jackets, boho-chic blouses, fringe boots and cute dresses. The clothes is looking very luxury and i'm so excited for the collection to be out in stores! I just have to buy something from the collection. It's out in stores in november.

oversized

The biggest (literally) silhouette-trend for this one is the over(over-over)sized one. We saw it everywhere during the fashion week for this fall. It's not just about an oversized jacket, wide pants or an oversized sweater. It's all of that- together! Work with layers and let everything be big. It's easy to feel like a tent in this trend, but try to mark the waist and if you still don't feel comfortable, use only one oversized piece at the same time.

If it's possible to be in love with a pair of shoes, i'm in love with these. Holy moly, they're perfect! I just love the print and the model. This is a great alternatives if you were reading my yesterday-post, about the animal-trend. Snake-print is so lovely, and it's getting even better with all of these colors. You find them here!

It's time to get inspired by the zoo! On the catwalk for A/W-13, we could see a lot of animal-prints. The most used is the leopard-print, but we also saw zebra-print, snake-print and cow-print, for example. I understand if you don't dare the trend, i don't. Well, i do, but not too much. Not really like the DKNY-show, i mean. But the trick is to invest in details with animal-print. A bag, a jacket or a pair of shoes? You choose how long you'll go! Just any accessory, a piece of clothing or a whole outfit (well, i have to say it's not that much fashion anymore if you go for it so well).

It's not just our clothes that will shine this fall, the nails too. The biggest nail-trend is definitely the metallic-one. Personally, my favorite is the "camouflaged" nail polish, that shifts in different colors, like Essie's "for the twill of it" or China Glaze's "deviantly daring". All the nail polishes above is great alternatives, i think. Which one is your fav?

During the fall, outerwear is my statement-pieces, as the swede girl I am. This fall I like colorful coats, biker-inspired jackets with fur-collar, furs, boxy jackets (will show you more about that kind of jacket later), classic leather-jackets and short more "thick" (haha, I don't know how to describe it) like the one from Acne. Here's some cravings when it comes to outerwear at the moment.

Guys, the summer is over and i know it's a little bit sad, but guys, please don't be, we have a lovely season in front of us! For me, after the summer, the fall is perfect. Fall is the most cozy time of the year and after a busy and wild summer i just need to calm down. I have some favorites with the fall, that i can be longing for during the whole year. And since i don't want you to feel sad about the summer is over, let's make something good about the fall. No, not good, make the fall totally awesome! Here's my favs:

• Movie nights, just lay in the dark with a good movie and someone you love- amazing.
• Read a book. I'm a sucker for books. I've been reading since i was like 3 years old and i especially like it during the fall. Light some candles, sit in the sofa with some good music in a background, darkness outside, a cozy blanket and a good book is all you need.
• Take long walks. Just walk and walk and look around you, see all of that lovely trees that is shining red, orange and yellow. 
• Fire. It can be light candles in the darkness, or a fireplace. But just the fire is giving a cozy feeling.
• Fall fashion. Of course. Knits, coats, big cardigans, boots, leather-jackets, lovely colors like burgundy, grey and navy.. Ahh, i just love it!
• Tea. My obsession during the fall. I love the feeling of getting home from a cold walk and sit down in the sofa with a cup of tea.
• The world is turning red. Literally. All the trees is turning orange, red and yellow and you can just feel the smell of fall. The fall is definitely the most beautiful time of the year.

One of the most trendy color this fall is blue. All shades of blue. Navy, baby-blue, cobalt blue... It's just to choose which shade you like the best! Personally, my favorite is navy, especially during the fall. But if someone ask me what's my favorite color my answer isn't navy, i just say blue, because i love all shades of blue! Match it with colors like black (well, forget the rule about that it's forbidden to mix black with navy, this fall, the designers love that combination), white and pink. 

My five favorites fashion-films

CLUELESS  This american comedy is kind of a classic. It's about the girl Cher, how's rich popular. Cher and her friend is beautiful and good dressed. They love to shop and of course they love fashion. One day, a new girl Tai starts in the school, and Cher want to give her a make over. This is a high school film with a lot of fashion, luxury and love.

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA  Andrea has just finished her journalism education, when she's being Miranda Priestlys, who's editor for the famous fashion-magazine Runway, assistant. Andrea think this is a great chance for her to be a professional journalist, but it's harder than she thought. Miranda want Andrea to chance both her style and her way to be, as a person. This do Andreas boyfriend and family not like at all, and now she have to choose...

GOSSIP GIRL  Well, i can't make a list with fashion films and series, without Gossip Girl. It's the fashion-tvserie number one! Gossip Girl is about some friends (and enemies) who are rich, popular and trendy. They're living luxury lifes with a lot of parties, exclusive clothes, love and New York. But, even if they're rich and popular, their life isn't perfect. Gossip Girl is in town, and she can see everything. And guys, problem can arise even if you have a lot of money in your pocket.

THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE  This documentary is taking us behind the scenes on one of the worlds most famous fashion-magazine, Vogue. We'll see a lot of Anna Wintour in the movie, who's been the chef editor on Vogue for like 20 years. The name of the film is about the big september issue. September is a fashion-month, and Vogue is having an extra thick issue with a lot of fashion. So, of course we will see the whole production behind the september issue, but also, we're following Anna on fashion week and see her work with famous models and photographers. So interesting! 

THE BLING RING  Well, to be honest, i haven't seen this movie yet. But i'm waiting for the dvd to release! Anyway, this is the true story about the friends who was obsessed with fashion, luxury and popularity. So obsessed that they started to break into celebrities houses, steal everything from bags, exclusive shoes and clothes. They're wearing clothes that belongs to Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsey Lohan and so on. Besides the stealing, they love to party. But soon the celebrities realize that they're stealing..

I totally love this bag from Zara. When i first saw it, it was just available in baby-blue, but now you can buy it in black and white and also green and white. I like them all! It's the perfect party-bag but also, you can wear it on a tuesday, with jeans and a t-shirt. Well, it's an everyday-bag! The price also is very good. 

YSL nail polish collection- A/W 2013

I'm having a kind of obsession for nail polishes. I like to try out trendy colors, but there's nothing like the classics. I'm really really in love with YSL's A/W-13 nail polish collection. Above you'll see my three favorites. They all are having the very very perfect shade that isn't too brown, too cold, too purple or something like that. The grey shade is so freaking beautiful, quite discreet and simple yet fun and a great shade for your nails. The searching for the perfect nude shade will never end. If it's not too brown it's too yellow, too pink or too orange. But, i think "beige gallery" is almost perfect. I just have to try it out! And last but not least, the wine red shade. Well, this color is a classic during the fall. Both on nails, clothes, in your home and just everything. Of course you have to own a wine red nail polish for this autumn! If you still are searching for "that" shade, try this out! As perfect as possible.

When we can see something in some of the biggest designers shows, there's not a secret anymore. And, let's say finally, cause seriously, for how long have we been waiting? The dream about walking around in a pajama and still be trendy. Well, now we can do this! The pajama-trend was a clear red line in both the Louis Vuitton A/W-13 show and the Marc Jacobs show (both pictures above are from the shows). Silky materials, soft fit, and just very very comfy. I don't really feel that comfortable in this trend, and i'll not go for it that hard as Marc Jacobs, but anyway, i'm gonna work the trend in my way. Combine the very comfortable pajama-clothes with high heels, red lips, a more strict coat or something like that. So, what do you say, are you in for a pajama-party?

London FW favorite- Burberry Prorsum

One of my favorite show from London fashion week, was definitely Burberry Prorsum. It was just so fresh for the spring. We could see a lot of pastel-colours and also, very much lace. the collection was strict but still playful, such great contrasts. Pencil-skirts was a red line through the collection, like the lace and the outerwear with the soft shoulder. It was very elegant and feminine yet relaxed, a contrast that always is a winning concept.

One of my favourite piece to buy during the autumn, is jackets. Maybe it's because that's what you're wearing mostly during the fall/winter, and it doesn't have to be that ugly piece that you hate to put on your body, make it to the opposite! Buy a jacket that you really like and long for putting your jacket on. There's a jacket for everyone, this season. Everything from crazy fur-coats and boxy jackets to classics like the leather-jacket, the simple coat and the fur. Mix your jacket with accessories that is really warm yet stylish like a beanie, hat, big scarf or boots.
